Contingency

Direct hire with placement fee based on percentage of annual salary at current market rates. Includes 90 day prorated guarantee.

Partial Contingency

When companies cannot justify a fully retained search, we offer a competitive proactive solution in this area of recruiting. A partial contingency search minimizes internal pressure from managing multiple vendors, streamlines and adds efficiencies to the hiring process by communicating with one point of contact. The upfront fee to begin the search is a percentage of the total placement fee, but the full fee is contingent upon placement. Includes a 90 day prorated guarantee. “One Firm, One Commitment.”

Contract to hire

90-day "try before you buy." Hourly fee while on contract is based on a dollar per thousand of annual salary. No conversion fee after 90-day contract is completed.

Contract

W2 or W2-benefited employee of Preston Hunter. Conversion fee will apply if contractor is converted to a full-time employee of client prior to completing one year on contract.

Consulting

Fees are based on professional market rates and duration of engagement.
